Hotels
We have courtesy blocks at several hotels in the area. We recommend staying in Brier Creek at either the Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, or Aloft Marriott. These hotels provide shuttle services including the airport, the reception, and anywhere else you may like to go within a 3-mile radius of the hotel.
To receive the discounted rate, please use the links below to make your reservations. If a hotel appears "sold out", please let us know and we can add more rooms to the block.
Transportation
Our ceremony and reception venues are 30 minutes apart from
each other, so we have a few transportation recommendations. Also, both venues have plenty of parking available.
Driving
Drive & Drop off Your Car
If you would like to drive yourself to the ceremony, feel free to drop your car back off at your Brier Creek hotel and take the Reception Shuttle to the Pavilion. Then, at the end of the night, hop back on the Reception Shuttle to return to your hotel.
Drive & Shuttle Back
You are welcome to leave your car overnight at the Pavilion, take the Reception Shuttle back to your Brier Creek hotel, and hop on the hotel shuttle in the morning to get your car.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft are both available in the area.
Shuttle Service
Reception Shuttle
We will have dedicated Reception Shuttles to take you to back to your Brier Creek hotel after the reception (no sign-up needed).
Also, if you prefer to drop your car off at the hotel before heading to the reception, the Reception Shuttle can transport you to the Pavilion.
Ceremony Shuttle
For those staying at the Brier Creek hotels, we'll have a 23-passenger Ceremony Shuttle to bring you to the ceremony and take you directly to the reception afterwards. If you'd like to reserve a seat for the Ceremony Shuttle, please sign up below, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Airport
If you are flying, the nearest airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
If you choose to stay at one of the Brier Creek hotels, each hotel has a 24/7 airport shuttle available. Please call the hotel after you have gotten your bags and meet the driver by the signs for "Airport Shuttle" pickup. You can also schedule a ride to the airport for your return flight.
